At Meta Connect, Zuckerberg showed a wearable Muse Charm, video chat, email addresses for agents, and glasses integration — a bid to make Muse a daily-use product, not a chatbot.
Meta unveiled Muse Charm, a Tamagotchi-like wearable dedicated to its Muse AI agent, just weeks after the agent's launch. The company also announced Muse can now video chat with users, gained its own email address to handle tasks, and is coming to Meta's smart glasses lineup, including the new camera-free model shown at the same event.
The rapid iteration — hardware, communication channels, and glasses in a single event — signals Meta is treating agent distribution as the priority, ahead of raw model capability.
Meta is betting that owning the hardware surface — wrist, face, inbox — is the real moat for consumer AI agents, not the underlying model. For operators, this is a signal that agent competition is shifting from chat interfaces to embedded, always-on devices.
