Lyzr let its agent, SivaClaw, field 130+ investors, draft memos, and track slide attention — closing a $100M Series B at a ~$500M valuation.
Lyzr, a Jersey City startup that helps enterprises build AI agents, used its own agent to run its raise. The system, SivaClaw, fielded questions from more than 130 investors, drafted investment memos, and even tracked which slides backers lingered on — running point on a $100 million Series B at a roughly $500 million valuation.
It is a stunt with a serious claim underneath: if your agent can run a fundraise, it can run the sales and ops workflows you are selling it for.
This is agentic commerce as proof-of-work. The pitch for enterprise agents has always been "they can actually do the job" — running a $100M raise is the most legible demo of that yet. Expect buyers to ask vendors to eat their own cooking.
